Hosemann files action against Meridian cemeteries

Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann Tuesday announced he has filed a complaint in chancery court against Magnolia Cemetery, Meridian Memorial Park and owner, William E. Arlinghaus.


Meridian police have captured the suspect in a possible armed robbery that happened outside a local department store.


38-year-old Chanda Smith, a native of Union, went missing Sunday morning in New Orleans' French Quarter.
