A new Red Cross office is opening in Choctaw County, Alabama. The office is being established by a minister and other community leaders in Choctaw County.
"They actually started a local Red Cross chapter. One of our local pastors started it along with other community leaders and the local chapter's going to be present at the boot at butler fest so that way they can get more of a presence and let everybody know they are actually going to be here," said Choctaw County chamber of commerce executive director, Virginia Loftis.
the new Red Cross office in Choctaw County will have a booth set up at ButlerFest this weekend.
Anyone interested in working with the office may call (205)459-3459.
