Kutless Concert Benefits Habitat for Humanity
Posted: 06/08/2013 - A local benefit concert drew people from around the country.
Following this past weekend's Toython, toys are being organized to be ready for distribution in the coming weeks.
While the Toython was a huge help for Wesley House, there still is a great need since more than two times as many people are asking for help this year as compared to last year.
"There is no wiggle room in there this year. We are strapped, and I'm just praying that we can get toys in here to cover all of the little folks that are expecting a bright and shiny Christmas toy," said Wesley House executive director Ginger Stevens.
Stevens says the pick-up times that are mailed to you and the toys you receive are set, and because of the need, no exchanges or exceptions can be made.
If you are able to donate to help out, you may bring money, toys, or even clothes to the Wesley House.
