The Knights of Columbus Tuesday brought coats to the Wesley House for distribution. It has been collecting the coats for weeks.
It's the first time the Knights of Columbus has taken part in Coats for Kids as a group.
"I feel that, next to having a good breakfast, getting to school warm probably sets a kid on a better path for the day than just about anything else," said William Nix of the Knights of Columbus.
If you'd like to donate a coat, you may do so by bringing them to WTOK, Meridian Mutual Federal Credit Union, or MSU Meridian.
The Knights of Columbus will keep its drop-off box open for people who visit its building on Wednesday evenings.
