Kutless Concert Benefits Habitat for Humanity

There was a big concert Sunday night in Meridian, but it wasn't your typical concert. This one was for a special cause.
Sunday was the benefit concert with all proceeds going towards the Muscular Dystrophy Association's local 'lock-up' event. The Temple Theater hosted the event in their ballroom. From 6 until 8 p.m. community members had the chance to listen to a great local musician and help out a great cause.
"I've done a couple of shows that are for benefits and it's good to donate your services whatever they may be to a cause that helps other people, especially something like muscular dystrophy," says Logan Conby, the musician of the evening.
To get in, all you had to do was pay $5. Some prizes were raffled off from local businesses like Blockbuster and Meridian Underground Music.
