Happy Friday! There will be a chance of a stray shower or storm this morning, with rain chances becoming more isolated in nature by the afternoon. Thanks to increased cloud cover and rain chances on our Friday, highs should only make it into the upper-80s. We’ll see mostly cloudy skies overnight with a low around 70.
High pressure then looks to start building in as early as Saturday, so I have reduced storm chances to pop-up for both Saturday and Sunday. Highs should also be slightly warmer than initially expected as well. Pop-up storm chances stick with us through Thursday, with gradually warming temperatures in store. Highs return to the mid-90s area wide by Wednesday.
No new tropical cyclones are expected to develop within the next 5 days.
