Thursday, November 2 Morning Forecast Discussion

By  |

Happy Thursday! We’ll be under mostly cloudy skies throughout the day, with high temperatures around 79. There will also be a chance of isolated showers for Thursday as well, with the greatest chances coming before the sun even rises. A good chunk of our area won’t see those rain drops, but you might get caught in some showers as you head to work or to school this morning, especially those in west Alabama. We’ll have partly cloudy skies throughout the overnight hours and be dry for the most part, with the exception of a stray shower that could move through our area.

We’ll get into the low-80s area wide for your Football Friday, with more isolated rain shower chances, otherwise there will be partly cloudy skies. Saturday will be the last day for rain chances, with a stray shower possible, otherwise partly cloudy skies will continue with those highs in the 80s. 80s will stick around for the first part of next week until a cold front looks to move through our area sometime between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Right now, there is going to be rain associated with this cold front before it gets to our area, where it looks like it’ll dry out by the time it gets to us. Right now I’ll say there is no chance of rain for Wednesday, but that could change as we go through the week. It will definitely cool our temperatures down, with highs in the 70s for Wednesday, which could also only be in the 60s depending on the exact timing of the front.
