A production company is looking at Neshoba County for possibles sites for a new movie about Bonnie and Clyde.

Independent filmmaker Tonya S. Holly of Cypress Moon Productions met with officials in Neshoba County Wednesday night.

Among the locations that have drawn interest are Sciples' Mill and the Williams Brothers Store.

"The story of Bonnie and Clyde is a lot different from the 1967 Faye Dunaway-Warren Beatty film, Bonnie and Clyde, because it's got a lot more things that happened to them," said Holly. "It's more character-driven. I cover a lot more years in their life and it's just something I've been wanting to do since I was very young."

Holly said she wants to find locations for about three weeks of shooting, to begin as early as May.
