The Ralph Morgan Rodeo is a highly-anticipated event in east Mississippi and west Alabama.

Morgan's other career is in the logging industry. But he's known across the country for his world-class rodeos.

Each year, he presents two rodeos at his home base of Lauderdale, Miss. And each year, the stands are packed. Morgan says he has a pretty good idea why.

"Everybody, you know, goes to rodeos. And all kids want to be a cowboy," said Morgan. "You can talk to any kid in the world and they'd like to be a cowboy, even if they come from the city, you know."

There will be plenty of cowboys gracing the rodeo Saturday night, starting at 7:30 p.m. There will also be steer wrestling, barrel racing and the rodeo clowns performing.
