A big concert Friday night at the Temple Theatre will feature some of the best-loved groups from the fifties and sixties.
The concert will include The Intruders, a well-known soul group from the sixties and seventies. One of its members, Bill Payton, is a native of Noxubee County.
"They can expect a real good show. This will be a show that you wouldn't want to miss. So I would advise everybody, encourage everybody to come out to the Temple Theater, and get on the Soul Train," said Payton.
The show will also feature a performance by The Platters. It starts at 7 p.m.
Tickets are available at the box office. Groups of 10 or more can get a $5 discount on the $25 tickets.
