Some Stonewall residents will be needing to boil their drinking water.

Mayor Jackie McHenry said crews worked on a broken water main for several hours Thursday.

He says residents who lost service will need to boil their drinking water, in case contaminants got in the line.

The boil water advisory affects residents of Basstown Road, Collins Road, Amos Lane and Highway 513, north of Basstown Road.
