Long on Trade

A Meridian-based wholesale distributor hosted its annual trade show Thursday in Philadelphia. Well over 100 vendors participated in the food products display hosted by Long Wholesale of Meridian.

"We've been in business about 80 years," said company co-president Sam Long. "We have warehouses in Corinth and Meridian, Mississippi. We now have the fourth generation of our family involved in the business. And we hope to be here for a long time."

Long Wholesale distributes items offered for sale in convenience stores.
