Kemper County announced Friday that its absentee ballots have arrived for the November general election.
People who qualify to vote early may cast their ballots during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the circuit clerk's office.
Registered voters who are age 65 or older, disabled, or will be out of town on voting day may cast an absentee ballot.
Ballots may also be requested by mail. Absentee voting may continue through Friday, Oct. 29.
