Livingston Fatal

The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday night on Highway 11 in Livingston.
Investigators say 28-year-old Dan Broaden from Epes was crossing the highway when he was struck and killed by a vehicle.
At this time, no charges have been filed against the driver of the car.
