Officials in Choctaw County, Alabama, told Newscenter 11 there has still been no arrest made in the murder of the Rev. Mark Hartzog on Aug. 9.
Hartzog was shot multiple times in his church office.
The evidence gathered in the case was presented to a grand jury last week but no indictment was returned.
The panel voted to continue the investigation and present findings again at the next grand jury session in six months.
