Picture this: 300 students blowing bubbles at the same time. That's what happened at Enterprise Elementary School Thursday to celebrate a major success.
Enterprise Elementary scored a level 5 based on its performance on state exams in May.
"We 'bubbled in' so well, so each child has a bottle of bubbles because our scores went through the roof," said Principal Patsy Smith.
Smith credits the whole community for the achievement.
"They worked hard and we have very determined kids," Smith said. "We are just proud. They are like little sponges."
In addition to the elementary school scoring big, so did Enterprise Junior and Senior High Schools.
The Enterprise school district is one of the few in the state to achieve a level five 'excellent' status.
"Our students performed well in the whole district," said Smith. "There are not a lot of districts that have done that."
