Seven students at Noxubee County High School have turned old 55-gallon drums used as trash cans into works of art.
Art teacher Theresa Liddle said the idea came from Dancing Rabbit Festival coordinator Debbie White, who wanted to get the students involved in the community.
White delivered the trash cans to the high school and the festival furnished the paint.
White said the cans were put near the courthouse for the festival and will be set up in other locations now that the festival is over.
