Pedestrian Accident Indictment

Last week 22-year-old James Ellis Ford from Oakman, Alabama was indicted by a Sumter County grand jury.
Ford was arrested Monday and has since been released from jail on $100,000 bond. He is charged with vehicular homicide and DUI.
The accident happened Sept. 20 in front of a fraternity house at UWA.
