A second person has died from a fatal wreck that happened Friday, Sept. 20, in Livingston.
Police Chief Ashley Welborn confirms the death of Joanna Green, 27, of Butler. She died of her injuries Monday at a Birmingham hospital. Chadwick Langford of Butler was also killed.
The two were walking in front of a University of West Alabama fraternity house when a vehicle struck them. The driver, James Ellis Ford, 22, of Oakman, Alabama, has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.
