Ten Meridian Community College students are about to embark on a one-of-a-kind experience in Florida.

As interns for Walt Disney World, they will gain hands-on experience, earn college credit and have a chance to network with other students from all over the country.

"First of all, you get to network a lot and that's really important nowadays. See what's out there. It's Florida. It’s a different place, different jobs," said Renata Underwood, one of the interns.

The students will live in apartment-style housing while completing their internships, which range from four months to over six months.
