The funeral for the Rev. M.L. Sampson will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at First Union Baptist Church.
Visitation is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at El Bethel Baptist Church, where Sampson pastored, and again from 11:00 a.m. till service time on Thursday at First Union.
Rev. Sampson was well known in the community as the "Christmas Light Man" in Druid Hills. He decorated elaborately for the holiday season and was a blessing to many.
