A former school teacher in Tuscaloosa, Ala. has been indicted on one count of second-degree rape. She's accused of having a mutual sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy.
Paperwork on Harriet Gordon, 30, showed she had also previously worked in Sumter County, Shelby County and North Carolina.
Investigators said Gordon met the boy, who is now in a state-operated facility in south Alabama, while she was a special education teacher at Myrtlewood Elementary School in 2003.
Gordon is free on $10,000 bond.
