The case of a man accused of murdering a west Alabama teacher has been continued.
Telvin Gray's case was expected to go to trial at the end of this month in Sumter County. The 34-year-old is accused in the shooting death of his wife, Starrick Gray.
The special education teacher was gunned down two years ago outside a building at Livingston High School.
At the request of the defense, the case is being continued until November.
An order issued by Circuit Judge Eddie Hardaway stated that the case will not be continued again unless there is 'good cause'.
