Trace Adkins and Blake Shelton headlined a packed Lauderdale County Agricenter Saturday night.
Newscenter 11 caught up with Shelton, who has made the Top 20 of country music heart throbs, before the show.
It has been over two years since the Oklahoma native graced the stage here.
"To come here and play the festival in honor of Jimmie Rodgers, it's a cool thing," Shelton said.
He says the excitement from his previous show brought him back. At that time, Shelton was new on the music scene.
"It was a pretty big deal for me," said Blake. "I was new and it all started here."
