Tourism Director Resigns

Lauderdale County's tourism director has resigned her post. One other staffer also stepped down.
Sandy Bynum left before Thanksgiving to take a job with Meridian Community College. The other employee resigned shortly afterward.
Former board member Ronnie Miller said finding a replacement for Bynum won't be easy.
Tourism commissioner Scott Gray said the board would begin advertising for the position next week.
Bynum did not immediately return calls from Newscenter 11 seeking comment.
