Forty-four-year-old Tommy Moffitte has been arrested and charged with robbery. He was taken into custody Wednesday.
Demano Moffitte was also arrested and charged in the case earlier in the week.
The robbery happened Dec. 13 at the Citizens National Bank branch on Poplar Springs Drive at Broadmoor.
