Meridian police made an arrest in a Monday night robbery within an hour of the incident.
Thomas Wilson, 43, of Meridian, was taken into custody without incident at a local apartment complex, shortly after a robbery at the Super Stop at 144 North Hills Street.
Detective Shane Massie said a store surveillance tape helped identify Wilson as the alleged robber.
Massie said Wilson never displayed a weapon but told the clerk he had a gun in his pocket.
Wilson's bond was set at $20,000.
