U.S. Steel to Build Facility in Sumter County
Epes, Ala.
U.S. Steel Friday announced it will build a $450 million plant at the Port of Epes on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway.

This project will have a lasting empact on Sumter County. Projects of this magnitude along with the Mayor's motto and Public Relations Representative Valarie Lerche community efforts a britter future for Epes is on the horizon.
