On Jan. 9, 23-year-old Nick Naylor was found hanged in a wooded area outside Porterville. Sheriff Sam Tisdale says the state official handling the autopsy has requested that evidence found at the scene be examined.

"He sent some material evidence to the crime lab and that's what they're waiting to come back from the crime lab before rendering a decision, I assume," said Sheriff Sam Tisdale.

Again, Sheriff Tisdale says the autopsy results will likely be available in two weeks. He says the results are needed to determine whether or not foul play was involved.
