A federal grand jury has issued indictments Tommy Moffite and Damaino Moffite on an armed robbery charge.
The indictment is tied to the Dec. 13 robbery of Citizens National Bank at 4900 Poplar Springs Drive in Meridian.
Tommy Moffite was also indicted on two additional counts in the case, for allegedly using a weapon during the holdup and another for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
