Perjury Charge Dismissed

Here's an update on the ongoing baby death mystery in Choctaw County, Alabama. A perjury charge against the alleged mother in the case has been dismissed.

Thirty-four-year-old Victoria Banks Thursday signed a statement saying that she "did" have a baby in 1999. Defense attorneys claim a baby never existed.

Victoria banks remains jailed for a separate charge.

Banks' husband was released after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence. Victoria's sister, Dianne Tucker, was also released from jail.
