Charges have been filed against a man in connection with the largest ammunition bust to date in Philadelphia. Jason Thrash is currently out of jail on $20,000 bond. The 33-year-old is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He's also facing a charge for possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators say he had methamphetamines and marijuana in his possession. Multiple guns, ammunition and explosives were confiscated from his vehicle during a traffic stop Sunday morning. Philadelphia police are continuing to investigate the case.
