A grand jury in Wayne County has indicted a man on multiple charges related to a murder this past spring. Grangie Cooper has been indicted for capitol murder, arson and possession of a firearm by a felon. The 24-year-old is accused in the shooting death of Charlie Giles in March. The 24-year-old was found shot to death on a road near Shubuta. Cooper's case is set for trial in September.
