That 2 million dollar bond is crazy. There is no explanation for the bond to be that high. I know murderers and rapists whose bond wasn't even that high. These two are first offenders and are young. Nobody was hurt nor did anyone resist arrest. As a matter a fact, they waited just to make sure no one would be in the bank so that no one would get hurt. There were no hostages or any shots fired. Like the other comment said you can kill, rape, and sell drugs but please, please, dont play with my money.

YES THE BOND IS WAY TOO HIGH, BUT WE MUST REMEMBER WHO'S IN CHARGE. NOT THE JUDGE BUT GOD. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TRUST IN HIM AND PRAY. GOD IS IN CHARGE OF EVERYTHING. SO, LET'S JUST PRAY FOR THE 2 YOUNG MEN AND THERE FAMILIES. YES THE 2 YOUNG GUYS WERE WRONG, BUT 2 MILLION IS REDICULOUS!!!!!REMEMBER - PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!!!PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!!!MARK & FRED HOLD YOUR HEADS UP ASK GOD FOR FORGIVENESS AND ASK HIM TO LEAD AND GUIDE YOU AND WHEN HE LEADS YOU, YOU MUST FOLLOW. GOD WILL SEE YOU THRU - TRUST AND BELEIVE IN HIM...

This is an unjust world i feel everyone u tellin me someone who kills someone should have more sympathy from our justice system. The judicial system should wake up & realize instead of imposing ridiculous bonds to set an example how about stayin truthful to the claims of the justice system "FAIRNESS" i think the judge & court system should be ashamed dont let ur personal view & PREJUDICE outweight the fairness we all have a right to by our forefathers. MARK keep ur head up because God can undo wat man has set i will always be jus like ya sis & u will get thru this.

Itis very very hurtfull that this happen. But God is still in controll no matter what people say. we all need to pray. becaause we all have kids and we all dont know what our kids might do. the only thing we can say is i hope this will never happen in my family. we know it was wrong. but we thank god that no one got hurt. but who is behind this bond setting. it doesnt take that much trying to set a example for others. let us all pray for fredrick campbell and mark butler and their famaily. PRAY CAN CHANGE THINGS.

I am very saden to hear of two young men with promise making a life changing mistake. I am praying for the bank employees, the two young men, and the families that are effected. Just continue to pray for every party involved. For all of us let us turn put our trust in god. I am just sorry for all of those involved. Bank employees it wrong what these young men did but forgive them. To the two suspects ask god, the bank employees, and your family for foregiveness. God will foregive you know matter what. Sometimes we must hit our lowest points in order for God to work in our lives.

A 2million dollar bond come on now i agree wit everyone on this wall that is a shame.. If they were your sons and you know that you raised them in a respectful home and respectful parents and they went off and made a bad decision like everyone else in the world has made im sure of it... Would you think this is a reasonable bond

Mark Bulter and Fred Campbell are not the kind of guy that commit this crime.. I know i have known this two and became to know them as a teammate and a friend i know they are not what they can be right now because of the situation that they have put themselves in.. But i promise if u got to know them would you would see the type of men they really are... Please God I Pray that you give these two a second change we all deserve one we are not perfect just bring them closer to your name and your word show them a better way no one where they may in up let me know that you are still there in your son name Jesus Christ I pray Amen.... My love respect prayers go out to there respected families.. My God Bless YOU BOTH....

Come on people, what is this? I remember when this Huspeth girl was driving drunk and killed another young mother of two here in Kemper County and her bail was set at $10,000.00. And beside that she only have to do about six months because she was here at the jail about 8 months. Like I said what's up with this? Don't you see a Black on White thing going on here? KEMPER COUNTY WILL NEVER CHANGE!!!

I believe the attorneys for the suspects will ask for a hearing and this bond will be reduced. I imagine the judge who set it was trying to send a message. But there's no reason at all the bond should be THAT high. It's just ridiculous.

Tell me what's wrong with this picture... 2 Black men have their bond set at $2 Million apiece, for bank robbery. A white man kills a black man while reposessing a car and gets a $75,000 bond. Is this a movie??? no, just racist Mississippi law at work!!! In both cases the people were wrong for what they did, but the justice is not being doled out fairly. Is money that important?, Money can be replaced, but that man's life can't. So don't sit there and tell me we have overcome, it's 2008, but it feels like a throwback to the civil rights days!!!!
