Police are investigating a strong armed robbery and assault Tuesday night. It happened between 11 p.m and midnight.
Police say the victim was robbed of his wallet and cellphone by someone near the 4100 block of 10th Street. He sustained blows to the face and a broken nose, and was treated and released from a local hospital.
Officials say the victim was not able to give a good description of the suspect in the case.
