Businessman Indicted

A federal grand jury has indicted Michael Lee Hodges on 12 counts of drug-related charges from a two-year period ending in the summer of 2002.
According to the indictments, Hodges is accused of conspiring to deliver cocaine and methamphetamine from California to Lauderdale County.
Hodges is also accused of funneling the proceeds through his business.
The government is seeking confiscation of property and cash alleged to have ties to drug trafficking.
