The Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors heard Thursday that there are more possible structural problems at the five-year-old county jail.

District 5 Supervisor Ray Boswell suggested a lawsuit.

"We need to sit down with our attorney, whoever we're going to use and try to work out the possibilities of filing suit against the company that built it," said Boswell. "Every time it rains, it floods over there and it's been doing that ever since it was built."

Boswell said, in addition to the leaky roof, there are cracks in the building and plumbing problems.
