Women's health was front and center at a conference held Saturday at MSU Meridian.
The conference was for women, about women and the decisions they make every day. Organizers say women often make the medical choices for their families and sometimes they need a little help.
"Women don't have enough information about what's available to them out there," said Rush OBGYN Administrator Mary Wilson. "So we want to every year present a program like this that gives them the information they'll need to make medical decisions for themselves and their families."
Organizers say they plan to make the conference an annual event.
