The Federal Elections Commission says it has not yet seen a complaint filed by Democrat Ronnie Musgrove's campaign against U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker.
An FEC spokeswoman said Friday that the complaint could be delayed by processing.
Musgrove campaign spokesman, Adam Bozzi, said the paperwork challenging Wicker's fundraising was given to attorneys on Wednesday.
Musgrove, who is challenging Wicker in the Nov. 4 election, claims Wicker accepted contributions from individual donors and political action committees in excess of the limit set by federal law.
Wicker's campaign said the senator has done nothing wrong
