Alabama Gov. Bob Riley is offering a $5,000 reward for information that results in the arrest and conviction of whoever was responsible for the death of a man at a hotel in Livingston, Ala.

According to information supplied by law enforcement, Kiranbhi Patel of Selmer, Tenn.,was found shot to death in the early morning hours of July 8 at The Western Inn on Highway 28. Officials say there are no solid suspects in the case.

“Every effort must be made to find this killer,” said Gov. Riley. “I hope a reward will result in information that helps law enforcement solve this terrible crime.”
