More than two dozen cars, homes and businesses were damaged Thursday night in Philadelphia after someone went on a shooting spree.
Most of the damage was done in downtown Philadelphia. Windows were shot out of several businesses there. Police believe the damage was possibly done by a high powered pellet gun. There were no injuries, but the local glass repair shop was busy, fixing dozens of windows, including their own.
"Someone pulled into our parking lot and shot one of our windows out. I think if it's the kids, the parents need to take control of their children," said Marty Spears of Glassworx in Philadelphia.
Officers are making a plea to the public to report any information to Crimestoppers that can help solve these crimes. That number is (601) 855-485-TIPS.
