Pilot Identified in DeKalb Crash

Investigators have identified the victim in a weekend plane crash in Kemper County.

Thirty-three-year-old Robert Bowling of Montgomery, Ala., died in the mishap.

Officials say he was fertilizing some trees near Dekalb when the crash occurred. They say he was working for the Philadelphia-based company Weyerhauser at the time.

The crash occurred about a mile north of DeKalb Saturday evening. No other injuries were reported.
