Bowen Remembered at UWA Save Email Print

The University of West Alabama held a memorial Wednesday for a faculty member who died this summer.

Dr. David Bowen the chairman of UWA's Department of History and Social Sciences, died in a July 15 auto crash.

A scholarship to benefit UWA students has also been established in his memory.
Bowen taught at UWA for 28 years.
