Flood
The Key Chapter of the American Red Cross opened a shelter for flood victims at the Shubuta Volunteer Fire Department Thursday afternoon. It's located on Highway 45 South.
Mississippi Emergency Management Director Robert Lathem also toured flooded areas with Clarke County officials.
The water is still above flood stage in Clarke County.
