Fourth Arrest in Shooting

Kenneth McCurdy turned himself in to the Scott County Sheriff's Department Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m. McCurdy along with 18-year-old Cedric Patrick, and 17-year-old David Williams and Lavontae Evans will ace charges of aggravated assault, shooting into an occupied dwelling and malicious mischief.

All are from Hillsboro community just north of Forest. All are now being held in the Scott County Detention Center.

The four are charged with shooting into a house on Johnsontown Road around 8 o'clock Sunday night. One person was seriously injured.

At last check 19-year-old Marquita Wilson was still being treated for severe leg injuries at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
