Tuesday the case of Nick Naylor was set to go before a grand jury. However according to court officials, the case has been postponed.
"The case was not presented to the grand jury because that case is being investigated further at the request of the family. They are looking into additional information that may be out there for law enforcement authorities to consider," said Assistant District Attorney Andy Davis.
The case is expected to be presented to the next Kemper County grand jury in October.
On Jan. 9, 23-year-old Nick Naylor was found hanged to death in a wooded area in Porterville. Investigators ruled the death a suicide.
