St. Patrick Catholic School's 4-year-old preschool children learned about the first Thanksgiving Friday.

Kids dresses as either Pilgrims or Indians, and worked together on different projects.

Newscenter 11 asked some children to tell us what they are thankful for.

"My mommy, my daddy, and my nanny," said Alexis Hamilton.

"I'm thankful for helping others," said Royce Little.

"People giving me nice food that I like," said Hannah Dover.

This is a tradition for St. Patrick's every year, as children bring history to life.
