MSU Meridian's student association has volunteered to help the Coats for Kids campaign.

Students will be collecting coats for Coats for Kids during the downtown Meridian Christmas parade this coming Saturday.

Feel free to bring a coat to donate, as the MSU float moves along the parade route.

"The kids really need coats," said Lenray Gandy, president of the student association. "And we decided to make a design, or a theme, the Coats of Many Colors."

The coats collected will be brought to WTOK, which is a drop-off location. You may also takes coats in good condition to our Coats for Kids sponsor, Meridian Mutual Federal Credit Union. The coats will be distributed by The Wesley House.
