Sheila probly never even gave to the SA she only takes handouts and never gives hooray for obama please he aint gonna take care of yall the only reason he is where he is today is because the white side of his family raised him. These two clowns should be punished and made to ring the bell from now own with a sign that said they are the kettle theives and they should see some jail time they are pathetic to do something of this nature
Let me just let all of you know that I know Jonathan very well. Have known him since kindergarten. And he has continually done things of this nature since the ninth grade. He thinks everything is a joke and yields to no authority. I have gotten him enrolled back in college this semester and let him borrow my books and then he does this. It truly is a slap in the face to me who has tried to help him out and I have continually told him that these behaviors were stupid and no one thinks they are "cool" or funny. I personally hate that kind of behavior and truly think they should throw the book at him this time. I truly tried to help him out. And just to let the public know, Jonathan will probably serve time in Prison this time because he just got a DUI a couple of weeks ago and also has prior shoplifting convictions. So, maybe that makes some of you feel a little better. And YAY to the one who told Sheila a little about real life.
What has race got to do with the fact someone committed such a crime of this nature. Race has nothing to do with the law. What this world needs is a lot more people to get off their behinds and get a job and there would probably be a lot less crimes of this nature.
Sheila you are so stupid to bring Obama into this. You are probably one of the very people waiting for someone to bail you out. You should be caged. The crime has to be proved in order to be charged.
All decent people agree this is a terrible crime. But Blue said it absolutely correctly. They can only be charged with what can be proven. The amount of money in the kettles had not been tabulated. There's no way to know if they contained $100 or $2500. No weapon was used. That changes things from a legal standpoint. The law does not care about their color. The police did what they could....the larceny (theft) charges and the arson. For larceny, $5,000 is a standard bond.
They can only be punished for what the law allows. Doesn't matter what color they are Sheila, the law is colorblind. I agree they'll probably get probation.
I think the The Red Kettle Robbers are a disgrace to civilization.Looking at them one can tell there strung out on some type of drug.I think they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But we all know thats to harsh and that might hurt there feelings. So they will probably be slapped on the hand and told not to do it again. Imagine That
I DON'T THINK THAT THIS IS HARSH ENOUGH FOR THE NATURE OF THIS CRIME. THEY TOOK FROM THE LESS FORTUNATE AND I THINK THEY SHOULD BE PLACED IN JAIL WITHOUT A BOND. IF IT WAS SOMEONE OF THE OTHER RACE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT BALLGAME!!! HOORAY FOR OBAMA!!!
