Hotel Robbery

The robbery happened last Thursday night around 11 o'clock at the Days Inn hotel. Robert Johnsson says he was assaulted when someone came to his room asking for help.

"I was going to the door to unlock the night latch and then a man lunged into the door and someone else came and clobbered me on the forehead with a pistol," said Johnsson. "It left a knot!"

Johnson says the two suspects stole his money some jewelry and his 2001 silver, Grand AM vehicle. The suspects are described as two black males in their early twenties. Police say they cannot confirm that the two were armed with a pistol.
